Mike has over 20+ years of experience in organizing events across the United States and United Kingdom, these events range from youth to professional and National Teams. Mike currently sits on the 2026 World Cup Host Committee in the United States, CONCACAF Gold Cup Host Committee and is a Licensed FIFA Match Agent since 2020.

In a career spanning 25+ years in the football industry Raymond has held senior leadership roles at the Scottish Football Association, Rangers Football Club and Celtic Football Club as well as being a consultant for Arsenal Football Club. He has founded and grown 2 sports technology start ups and closely collaborated with many major sports organisations and brands across the globe.
